Senior Pastor is Lee McFarland who left the Executive Offices of Microsoft and started the church in 1997

Full time position reporting to the senior pastor
This is a new pastoral position being developed
The target is to provide 52 unforgettable experiences that builds bridges and turn on lights to the community
There are three overall areas in which to achieve this target. They are Content (material, curriculum & Core Group Structure), Environment (created to help the guest feel comfortable yet engaged), and Volunteerism (celebrating and equipping those who serve).

The Person who fills this position needs to be:
