Using a Blog to Keep Your Leaders Up-to-Date
If you haven’t figured it out yet, keeping your small group leaders up-to-date with what’s happening (and what’s about to happen) is very important. Helping every leader stay a little ahead of what the average member knows is essential if you want them to feel like they’re at the heart of what’s going on.
I’ve been blogging for three years now, so it’s a no-brainer for me to use a blog to keep the leaders and coaches in our organization informed. As you know, I’ve just been here at Adventure for a month, but the blog went live today. You can take a look at what we’re doing right here. It’ll morph over the next 60 days or so…but for right now, this is a great way to let everyone know what’s coming.
