Win 2 FREE Registrations to re:group: North Point’s Groups Conference

We have a winner! The contest is closed.

regroupmarkhowell_site1Join Andy Stanley and the North Point Groups team for re:group, one of the very best small groups conferences I’ve ever attended!  May 2-3, 2016 at Buckhead Church in Atlanta, Georgia.

You’ll be inspired and equipped with the nuts and bolts of building a small group culture for adults.  And they’ll do it in typical North Point fashion with main sessions, numerous breakouts, time for interaction, a few surprises, their most recent learnings–and lots of fun.

I’ve got 2 FREE registrations to give away! It’s a $438 value!  (Technically…it’s worth much, much more.  I came away with several killer ideas both of the last three years.  You’ll do the same this year).

You must do TWO (2) things.  And you have to do BOTH to win.

  1. Use the comment section to tell me why you’d like to win.  Be sure and use your first and last name (that’s how I find your Facebook post).  You can comment right here.
  2. Tweet or Facebook the following line: “RT @MarkCHowell: Win 2 Free Registrations to re:group, a $428 value http://bit.ly/1nIyFBW #regroup16 @regroupco“

The contest ends on Thursday, March 17th, at noon (PT).  Thanks for playing!

I’d love to win because for starters, I haven’t been to reGroup yet and would love to go. Our church, and particularly my campus, is on the brink of what I believe is going to be a Small Group explosion. We’ve got folks hungry for community, and it seems to me that reGroup would be a shot in the arm to keep us headed in the right direction! North Point does groups with excellence, and I strive to do the same! Here’s to hoping for a great early May!

I’d like to win because our church is in the beginning stages of a small group ministry and I have been given the task of developing ministries and outreach to the 20s – 30s age group.

I would love to attend the Re Group Conference! I believe that it will be a catalyst for ministry growth in our Community Groups! I also know that I need to hear the wise counsel of those who have already excelled (and experienced mistakes) through leading in group life!

We have just moved to Katy, TX and are looking at ways that we can invest in our Community Groups in our church. Both my husband and I have been in ministry for over 30+ years and are always looking for ways to be better and improve in how we reach others for Christ. We believe in Community Groups and how it’s necessary in our walk with Christ. Thank you in advance for an opportunity. Debra Rogers Brown

Mark I would like to win because I feel that I could benefit greatly from the wisdom and experience that North Point has to offer. Our church has had small groups for a number of years but we recently made some changes that resulted in tremendous growth and I really need fresh ideas and resources to motivate and inspire myself and the great leadership team working with me.

I would love to be a part of this conference. I am a new small group leader. Love being part of a community that is ablessed to love on one another. God gives us all talents and we just need to learn how to use them. Our church is really encouraging small groups and they are growing in leaps and bounds. Would love to learn new ideas from other leaders and believers.

Wow! What a great opportunity! I am entering my second year as Spiritual Growth Director at a church worshipping approximately 750 adults weekly. My goal this year is to improve leadership development and relationship building with our small group leaders. We do not currently have a complete small groups culture at our church, but according to our Reveal surveys, we have made great strides toward this goal over the last 4 years. I am ready to button-down some strategies to take us the next mile toward establishing that culture. The expense of this conference would take more than half of my budget for such things, leaving very little for that relationship building strategy. Additionally, I have never been to a conference focused on small groups. We are big Andy Stanley believers over here – applying the principals of Seven Practices of Effective Ministry as an Executive Team. I know I would be able to come back and hit the ground running in our current infrastructure with the nuts and bolts presented at this conference! I already posted on Facebook! Thank you!

This would be a great opportunity and resource for me as the adult ministries coordinator at our church. When I took this job there was no one in this position before me so I am doing lots of research on small groups and what it takes to make our church a church of small groups. I would love the opportunity to go and learn how to build leaders and build our small group communities.

Our Church is ready to take our Small Group to the next level!! We have 1000 people in Small Groups but we are getting ready to break ground on building a new Sanctuary and we want to grow our Groups program! We attend re:group 2 years ago and it helped us double our growth, so now we want to double it again!!

  21. Beth Kiesel on March 15, 2016 at 4:39 pm

I joined a Small Group in September, and by January I was the group leader! Since then, I have joined a brand new Small Groups Communication Team, where I will be writing for a brand new blog for Small Groups in the near future. I have been so blessed by my involvement in Small Group ministry, but I am a newbie! I’d love to come to the conference to help me be better equipped to share this incredible blessing with my group, my parish, and my community!

As Small Groups Director, I’m very passionate about building a thriving small groups ministry, and I would love the opportunity to meet others who share my love of growing leaders and connecting people to the church body and see them grow in their relationship with Christ.
