I want to follow God’s calling and reach the lost in my city and beyond.
We just recently updated all our audio/video in the sanctuary and this would be a great way to utilize those upgrades to it’s full potential and introduce the congregation to a new and great way of biblical teaching. We are located two blocks from a university and our college students would love it.
I would love to win this collection as I am gradually (as the budget allows) building up a resource library for our small group leaders to use, and this would be a great addition.
I want to use this to help bring life back to a church that is on the doorsteps of closing it’s doors. Due to lack of Faith and Finances.
We are constantly looking for ways to connect with and reach the unchurched. I think might help us in our small group strategy to accomplish this mission.
I would like to win for 3 [not equal] reasons:
1. I’m a small groups pastor that just, 3 weeks ago during a training event, strongly encouraged my Hosts to consider the Liquid series for the winter term due to it’s creative cinematic approach and Biblically sound message. …if only I had copies that I could give out to back up my claim. After all, other options from Stanley, Chan and Keller are tried and true, so Liquid is ‘limb-walking’ for many hosts…
2. Because I comment on Mark’s posts even when no one else does!
3. Who doesn’t like to win a contest?!

We believe stories are crucial to spiritual transformation and we have the Echo Project where we try to capture as many audio and/or video stories from our attendees and core group of life change that is happening because of Jesus Christ’s transforming power. We’ve used a couple of the Liquid stories and we like them, this would be a good addition to our database of stories to spread the gospel with.
The church I attend is always looking for different ways to help the unchurched connect to God in a personal way, and I think that this would help the small groups at our church connect with more people.
I’m overhauling our church’s small group curriculum for 2011. I’ve only got 1 Liquid study right now.
Mark, we recently lost our sr. pastor and we don’t have funds available to provide quality video-based studies for our fledgeling SG ministry. This would be a HUGE blessing to us!

I am a pastor in a church that is growing and excited for Christ. I have been here three years and over the last several months we have been putting together a Life Group ministry and we are about to kick it off after the first of the year and this would be a great resource. Our church is located in a rural town with about 600 people and God is blessing in some God size ways. We just hired our third full time staff and we have nearly 40 family units signed up for Life Groups. Life Groups are going to transform this community!
I would like to win so I can better study the Bible.
I NEED to win! It costs a lot of money to review everything out there… plus a ton of time to check it out. I’m always on the hunt for the latest and greatest to grow our people, and of course I follow your advice on everything else related to group life…

As administrator of ALC’s Small Group Ministry, I am continually challenged to keep the topics fresh and interesting. I agree that visual topics appeal to today’s world. I have used a Liquid dvd in the past and would love to be able to offer a variety to our group leaders.

Our church just launched our biggest vision in its 25 year history….that we will have more influence reaching people for Jesus in the next 5 years than we’ve had in the past 25 years. The biggest component of this vision is that we believe authentic biblical communities are the primary way for God to use us to draw people to Himself so we are going after the growth of our small groups ministry like never before. Having the LIQUID collection would be a great asset to newly forming groups that will include both followers of Jesus and seekers as we are praying for exponential growth in the next 5 years in a community that has been labeled one of fastest dying small cities in America.
We just completed an all church campaign of Life’s Healing Choices, it was so awesome to hear
the testimonies of the healing that came as people learned how we are not God and that we have no
control over anyone. Our church has served the community for over 60 years and we know the only
means of being a light for our community is through small groups and support groups. Someone
once said small groups will never work for you. That made a bit mad, and I said with much determination, O YES THEY WILL! I have heard so much about the LIQUID collection and I know it will truly bring much growth to our church.
I would really love to be able to have the Liquid set of studies so that I can continue my small group with all of those studies with my wonderful group of women!

I believe our small group ministry could really benefit from using this resource.
If Dr. Matt says it’s worth it, it must be. We are just starting to revamp our small group curriculum. Any proven method wouldbe better than me making it up.
I work in the Life Group Ministry at Fellowship Community Church and if I won the free resource, we would add it to our Life Group Video/Book Resource library. This would mean that it would be available for use for 80+ Life Groups! Liquid looks like a relevant way to study the Bible using media and technology! 🙂 Would love the chance to add it to our resource library!

After our fall campaign each year, our 22+ small group leaders are “thirsty” for new curriculum options for the winter/spring. It would be laudable to add Liquid to our library!
I would LOVE to be able to gain this set of small group curriculums. Being a smaller church we do not have that much in finances to afford to purchase many curriculums for our church so winning this set would be a HUGE blessing to us. Thanks and Merry Christmas!!!!
