I’ve often pointed out that building a pervasive small group ministry happens over years.  It’s about the long run.  It’s a marathon…not a sprint.  It takes determination.

I love this line from Todd Henry:

One time I heard Rick Warren say, “We overestimate what we can get done in one year and underestimate what can happen in 20 years.”

Don’t give up.  Don’t abandon the race long before the finish line.  Imagine the thrill of breaking the tape of 150% connected!
