Using a Blog to Keep Your Leaders Up-to-Date

If you haven’t figured it out yet, keeping your small group leaders up-to-date with what’s happening (and what’s about to happen) is very important.  Helping every leader stay a little ahead of what the average member knows is essential if you want them to feel like they’re at the heart of what’s going on.

I’ve been blogging for five years now, so it’s a no-brainer for me to use a blog to keep the leaders and coaches in our organization informed.  As you know, I’ve just been here at Parkview for about 7 months, but the blog went live in the first few weeks.  You can take a look at what we’re doing right here.  It’ll morph over time…but for right now, this is a great way to let everyone know what’s coming.
